基于转录组数据的大蚊次目高级阶元系统发育（负责，中国农业大学昆虫学系研究生创新项目2015KC001）

麦蚜天敌多样性研究（负责，中国农业大学专业学位研究生实践基地研究项目KYCX2011130）。

鱼蛉亚科昆虫特有区系与间断分布格局形成机制的研究（参与，国家自然科学基金41271063）

动物标本资源共享平台-动物标本标准化整理与数字化表达（参与，科技部其他项目2005DKA21402）。
